They may not contain much notable loot, but I know it aggravates me to no end when I completely clear an area, then 3 days later I read about a skill book I missed, or find out about a safe I overlooked. And as I said above, I don't believe tat flamers, miniguns and missile launchers fit the bill either. It's rather common in FO4 and isn't a repeatable quest item or rare as it was in FO3 and FNV.
